I didn't create this page to boost my sales, although it is obvious that the more LOR users there are, there more business potential it generates for people like me.

Now, we all know that sometimes what is in writing is not always what you end up getting. I am a business man myself and firmly believe that the better you support your customers, the more customers you will get.

Not only I have I gotten exactly what was promised, I felt that Light O Rama has, in most cases, even gone beyond what they promise in writing. Every issue that I have had has been quickly resolved to my satisfaction.

They understand that time is of the essence in this hobby and will always EXPEDITE your issue as quickly as they possibly can. Nothing is ever kicked to the curb as being insignificant.

Their online forum is full of expert staff to address issues quickly. The bottom line with Light O Rama is that if there is an issue that comes up, they work diligently to find out the problem quickly and post to the forum so everyone knows what is going on.
